Kelly Robbins, Principal |
 |
Kelly Robbins has practiced law in San Francisco since 1991, making her start in civil litigation to gain valuable trial and courtroom experience. For the past 15 years her sole focus has been matters of family and divorce law in the San Francisco Bay Area, with an emphasis on high-asset property division, support and custody. In 2005 Ms. Robbins was certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in Family Law. This is a designation held by only a small group of practicing attorneys. |

| Divorce law touches many aspects of one’s financial security and personal well being, including real estate, contracts, estate planning, tax, retirement planning, and often co-parenting. Ms. Robbins’ efforts are devoted to providing personal and effective representation, allowing all parties to maintain dignity throughout the process. |
| Ms. Robbins’ mastery of the rules of evidence and procedure in Family Court serves her clients well. She is often able to resolve cases without judicial intervention and thereby reduce costs. She also maintains an extensive network of specialists and professionals in finance, tax and other fields who are continuously available for expert advice in specialty areas and testimony in court when needed. |
